How to Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go! If you'd like to delete your Magsala account, please follow the steps below:

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Open the Magsala App
   Launch the app on your device and ensure you are logged in.

2. Go to the Settings Tab
   Tap the "Setting" icon located at the bottom navigation bar (far right).

3. Tap on “Delete Account”
   Scroll down and select the option “Delete Account” from the settings menu.

4. Confirm Deletion
   A confirmation message will appear saying:
   “Are you sure you want to delete your account?”

   • This action cannot be undone.

   • You will permanently lose access to your account and order history.

5. Tap “Yes, Remove”

   • If you’re sure, click the orange button “Yes, Remove”

   • If you change your mind, click “Cancel”

Important Notes

• Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.

• All personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• If you have any pending orders, we recommend resolving them first.
