These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Magsala mobile application (“App”) and services provided by Magsala (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Service Overview

Magsala is a laundry delivery app that allows users to schedule laundry pickups and deliveries from approved laundry service providers. The services may include washing, drying, ironing, dry-cleaning, and delivery of clothing and other items.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the app, you may be required to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information

  • Keep your login credentials confidential

  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order through the Magsala app, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as displayed in the app at the time of your order

  • Allow us to charge your selected payment method

  • Accept that final pricing may vary based on item condition, special requests, or extra services (if applicable)

All payments are processed securely. We do not store full credit/debit card information on our servers.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your order through the app within a specified time frame. If an order is canceled after pickup, you may still be charged a service fee.

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion, especially in cases of:

  • Service failure

  • Delayed or missed delivery

  • Damaged or lost items (upon investigation and verification)

5. Responsibility for Garments

While we treat all garments with care, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Items will be cleaned according to their labels or best practice

  • We are not responsible for damage due to manufacturer defects, items without proper care labels, or prior wear and tear

  • Claims for lost or damaged items must be made within 24 hours of delivery

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the app or services

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Interfere with other users or our systems

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or gain unauthorized access to the app

Violations may result in termination of your access to our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the app, including logos, icons, designs, and text, is the property of Magsala or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to update or modify the app or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magsala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app or services, including but not limited to loss of data, items, or business.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh.
